Accountant Practice or Industry Background Considered
Nr Alcester - Salary Up to £42,000 DOE (pro rata for part-time) Upto 21 hours per week

Accountant Duties what You ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and reviewing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Handling VAT returns, corporation tax computations, and HMRC submissions
• Managing payroll and associated reporting
• Offering practical, strategic advice to clients
• Using Xero to keep accurate financial records
• Liaising with HMRC and Companies House
• Keeping up to date with tax legislation and compliance

What we re looking for in our Accountant role:

• At least AAT Level 4 or higher
• 3+ years accounting experience (either in practice or industry)
• Xero experience or certification is ideal
• Strong understanding of UK tax and accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Someone proactive, curious, and always ready to help
