Integration Manager (permanent role)
Locations: London, Oxford, Guildford, Farnham, Basingstoke or Winchester (with travel across multiple offices)
Type: Full-time or Part-time Hybrid & Flexible Working
We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses and support a variety of internal transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Integration & Compliance Director, the successful candidate will align systems, processes, and culture to ensure seamless transitions and sustainable change across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end transformation projects across the organisation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align systems, processes, and reporting.
Champion cultural integration through strong communication and shared values.
Develop and implement change management strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align integration goals with business strategy.
Identify and manage integration risks to ensure minimal disruption.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in business analysis and transformation, ideally in professional services or multi-site environments.
Strong understanding of systems rollout, business process alignment, and change management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
A collaborative team player with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.
Experience in accountancy firm operations (desirable).
A UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel between offices.
