Job Description

Our client, a large design and engineering consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Administrator for a 6 month contract for their offices in Birmingham.

This is a hybrid role, 37.5 hours per week.

The role includes:

  • Administration and management of the team inbox
  • Point of contact for invoice and rate queries
  • Working with an offshore HR team and being the main point of contact for queries.
  • Assisting the recruitment team with end to end recruitment processes as needed and supporting onboarding processes onto the HR system
  • Arranging interviews
  • Keeping the HR system up to date

About you:

  • You will have had Workday or a similar HR system experience
  • You will be a confident communicator and able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • You will have worked in a recruitment or HR administration role previously
