More about your role As a Leisure Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of leisure services to a wide customer base. You will be ensure staff are trained, motivated and are delivering standards of performance at all times. You will work closely the General Manager, chair staff meetings, carrying out staff appraisals and maintain a high morale around the centre.
