Are you an experienced Lettings Manager or a high-performing Senior Lettings Negotiator ready for your next big opportunity? Our client is looking for a driven and professional individual to lead their dynamic team in Aldershot.

As the face of the branch, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and expert advice. Your negotiation skills, ability to manage time and expectations, and passion for property will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily lettings operations within the branch

• Deliver outstanding service to clients and applicants

• Drive results through skilled negotiation and efficient time management

• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am 6:00pm (with a 5:00pm finish on Fridays!)

• Saturdays: 9:00am 4:00pm (on a rota basis)
