This role involves working on major UK projects, ensuring accurate land referencing, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality data management.
Key skills and experience:
Proven land referencing experience, including books of reference, order plans, and notices.
Strong geospatial data handling skills (preferably ArcGIS).
Experience with compulsory purchase processes (e.g., Transport and Works Act, Compulsory Purchase Act).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and client liaison skills.
Leadership abilities to manage junior team members and resource planning.
A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
