A leading manufacturing business is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join on a 4-month contract. This is a key role focused on maintaining and improving food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and optimise Quality Assurance systems, including HACCP, internal audits, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with key standards: BRC, GMP, HACCP, Kosher, and SMETA/SEDEX.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
• Manage HACCP plans, risk assessments, and hygiene protocols.
• Oversee pest control and site hygiene standards.
• Work closely with procurement and technical teams to ensure supplier and raw material compliance.
• Act as the QA lead for customer queries, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement using data-driven insights.

What You'll Bring:
