An established Head Contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across Yorkshire. Specialising in new build, groundworks, infrastructure, and demolition, the business has a strong pipeline of secured work across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage several concurrent projects from pre-construction through to handover
Oversee Site Managers and project teams to ensure delivery on time, to budget, and to high standards
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure health & safety, quality, and environmental standards are met across all sites
Support project planning, programming, and commercial performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within construction, civil engineering
Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills
A background delivering infrastructure, earthworks, or enabling works projects
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid certification preferred
