The Role:

As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on providing excellent client service and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Providing clear and timely updates to clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and dealing with exchange and completion.
• Utilising case management systems to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Residential Conveyancer, or Property Solicitor.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and regulations.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Proficiency in case management systems and IT literacy.
• A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
