Location: Alcester, Salary: £24,027 - £24,404 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time, year-round)

• Managing school waste and keeping external areas safe and tidy
• Operating and monitoring heating, electricity, and water usage

Requirements for this Caretaker role

• Experience in a similar caretaker or maintenance role
• Knowledge of health & safety and security procedures
• Ability to carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
