Lettings Property Manager - Stratford upon Avon - up to £28k My client is a leading and long established independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with several branches in the Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire areas. An opportunity for a Property Manager to join their Stratford upon Avon office has arisen and they are looking for an experienced Property Manager with experience within Lettings Property Management. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. The Property Manager will have previous experience ideally within a similar property related role.
