Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Coventry - up to £30k package

A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join this award winning independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand based out of their branch in Coventry. Due to increased growth in Sales, they are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who will be joining a team of professional and forward thinking Estate Agents where career progression is encouraged and ongoing training provided.

Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will involve:

• Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
• Arranging and carrying out viewings
• Arranging market appraisals
• Providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
• Sales progression through to completion
• Selling other services including financial services and conveyancing

Essential Skills Required:

• Estate Agency or Lettings experience
• Well presented
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong IT skills, knowledge or Reapit would be advantageous
• Full driving licence and car
