Lettings Negotiator - Witney - £19k basic £25k package + Pool Car (Full or Part Time)
We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator for our busy and successful Lettings and Estate Agency client based in Witney. A leading, multi branch agent who have been established for many years, they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology. They are looking for either a full or part time Lettings Negotiator where your key responsibilities will be:
Part Time - hours flexible
Free Parking
Use of Company Pool Cars
Generous Commission package (Uncapped)

- Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates
- Negotiating offers
- Processing applications
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Lettings Experience
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Results driven
- Team player
- Full, clean driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural sales ability
- Self-motivated and organised
- Desire to succeed
