Leeds Building Society in Leeds is seeking a Head of Prudential and Enterprise Risk to lead independent second line oversight of prudential, enterprise and climate risk. You will shape risk frameworks and reporting, ensuring resilience and strong governance at Executive and Board level. How you'll make a difference Your exceptional leadership capabilities will inspire and empower, as you shape and strengthen our approach to prudential, enterprise and climate risk. You will lead independent second line oversight across some of the most critical risk areas in the business, providing confident, constructive challenge at Executive and Board level. By owning and evolving our risk frameworks and risk reporting, you will help ensure the Society remains resilient, well governed and focused on long-term sustainability for our members. What will you bring to the role? Strong prudential expertise, SME for market, liquidity, capital and funding risks, including ICAAP, ILAAP and RRP production SME in PRA regulation. Proven experience operating at Executive and Board level, and the confidence to influence, challenge and drive continuous improvement across the Society. Proven ability to think strategically and transform strategy into delivery.
