Your new role Your job will be to provide a top-tier service to customers while being the reference point for information for your colleagues. You'll liaise with customers to provide information on their orders and deliveries as well as inputting information into their system, such as purchase orders, including making amendments as orders and stock values change. The department manager has made it very clear that they are keen to find someone who has used an ERP system before and has input orders.
