Marketing Executive (Promotional) About the Role We are looking for a Promotional Marketing Executive to join a fast-paced marketing team supporting a portfolio of well-known retail brands. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and delivery of marketing and promotional campaigns that engage shoppers and support retailers across a nationwide network. The role will focus on the delivery of shopper and retailer marketing assets, including point of sale (POS), consumer leaflets, brochures and local marketing materials. Working as part of the Promotional & Local Marketing Team, you will collaborate closely with fellow Marketing Executives and internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate, timely and well-organised delivery of marketing collateral. Marketing Executive (Promotional) Key Responsibilities Support the preparation and delivery of marketing and promotional plans against clearly defined objectives. Plan and coordinate the implementation of promotional activity across the retailer network. Coordinate the implementation and distribution of POS materials across retail locations. Assist with the production and delivery of promotional marketing materials. Create clear and detailed artwork briefs using Excel and other relevant systems. Proofread a wide range of marketing materials, including copy, imagery and promotional documents. Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers and agencies to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time. Maintain accurate marketing data, records and project documentation. Support the wider marketing team with local and promotional initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall efficiency of marketing activity. You will have excellent attention to detail and be confident coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
