Organise and track global deliverables - chasing markets, validating submissions and keeping workflows running smoothly. Pull and analyse data using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.) and tools like GWI to support competitive reporting and campaign insights. Manage fast-turnaround requests, particularly around shifting release dates and last-minute campaign adjustments. Support senior client servicing leads with global governance, documentation, status updates and client-ready materials. Build strong relationships with local market teams, helping unblock issues and flagging risks early. Collaborate across time zones, including partners in North America and Australia. What We're Looking For Experience in a client-servicing or account management role, ideally within media, advertising or entertainment. Comfortable working with media plans, understanding the basics of channels and performance. Strong Excel skills - pivot tables and VLOOKUPs essential. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail - you keep multiple workstreams moving. Confident communicator who can hold markets accountable without "barking orders" - firm, fair, and approachable. Able to handle fast paced environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
