What you'll be doing Sourcing and negotiating with hotels and suppliers to secure the best rates and added value Managing bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation with exceptional attention to detail Building strong relationships with suppliers Working at pace, juggling multiple projects and deadlines Supporting the wider team across purchasing and operations when needed Getting involved in familiarisation trips and industry events What we're looking for Experience in group travel, group hotel reservations, or group inbound tourism Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland destinations A natural organiser with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator and skilled negotiator Someone proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware A team player with a positive, flexible attitude Microsoft Office skills (Excel a bonus) Additional European language?
