On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join the Commercial Property Department at a leading law firm. The department is in a period of growth and is made up of practitioners with varying levels of experience across a broad range of specialisms. While strong general knowledge and expertise in Commercial Property is the primary requirement, the firm would also welcome candidates who can offer additional specialist insight. This is a non litigious department focused entirely on transactional and commercial work. Operating across several office locations, the team embraces flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home, supporting a healthy work/life balance. The firm is considering applicants for a senior role within the Commercial Property team - someone capable of taking on a leadership position and helping to further develop the department's existing strengths. Candidates must be enthusiastic, diligent, and collaborative, with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Confidence in managing a personal caseload independently is essential, along with proven leadership skills and prior experience supervising staff and guiding teams. The firm is committed to maintaining strong connections within the communities it serves and supports a wide range of sporting and charitable organisations across Devon and Somerset. With an inclusive ethos and a supportive working culture, our client encourages collaboration and mutual respect across all its offices in the South West. Staff take pride in being part of the firm's community, contributing to a positive and enjoyable working environment.
