This person will be joining a very busy team with plenty of opportunity for growth. - Responsibilities Delivering specialist advice to reduce energy and carbon use in the built environment - Developing product offering - Modelling a range of building types using IES with the goal of energy optimisation and decarbonisation - Capable of advising clients and project leaders on the technical and economic performance of a range of low carbon energy, sustainable measures, technologies, and holistic solutions for the built environment. - Leading in providing professional work to clients including but not limited to; - Non-domestic EPC's - MEES reports - Decarbonisation reports - SBEM - Overheating analysis - Thermal Bridging - U-Value calculations - Lifecycle Carbon analysis of buildings. - Providing QA assistance where appropriate - Production of analytical and visually appealing reports and presentations to clearly communicate outcomes of analysis and practical recommendations. - Stay up to speed in all relevant regulation and educate both our internal teams and our clients on the requirements for current and future legislation - Demonstrate Business Development and Client Care. - Adherence to Health & Safety procedures. - Support colleagues in relation to the delivery of ESG built environment solutions - Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required.
