We re working with a mission-led organisation that is scaling rapidly and now seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead their ambitious growth plans. You ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, building brand awareness, generating demand, and driving measurable, scalable results. As part of the senior leadership team, you ll set the direction for growth marketing across digital, partnerships and employer brand. You ll lead a talented team, manage agencies, and harness the latest MarTech and AI tools to ensure marketing excellence. What you ll do: Lead multi-channel growth strategies to expand reach and generate high-quality leads. Own and evolve the MarTech stack, AI tools, and digital marketing performance. Deliver high-impact campaigns across paid, search, social, email, and content. Oversee website development, SEO and conversion optimisation. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and achieve growth targets. Build and nurture a high-performing, collaborative marketing team. About you: Proven senior experience in a growth-focused B2B or B2B2C marketing role . Strong track record in demand generation, lead acquisition, and full-funnel strategies . Expertise with MarTech, automation, and analytics platforms . Confident in testing frameworks, rapid experimentation, and optimisation.
