Role We are looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Group Product Manager to join our team. At Sokin, we are building a world class product team that can help us remove the borders, barriers and burdens from global business. This is a senior leadership role within the Send tribe - the team responsible for how Sokin moves money for our clients globally. You'll lead a cluster of Product Managers & Senior PMs across multiple regions, owning the output of both the Product Managers and the product strategy for each region you manage. A key part of the role is supporting licensing discovery - understanding what is needed to operate in new markets across your regions and working cross-functionally to get Sokin in a position to expand into them. You'll be the connective tissue between the day-to-day work of your Product Managers and the wider product leadership team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of leadership and domain expertise - someone who can develop a high performing team, hold a clear point of view on where the domain needs to go, and bring others with them. About Us Sokin is a next-generation B2B financial services provider, enabling businesses to make and receive global payments with greater speed, lower cost, and total transparency. Our mission is simple: we're simplifying global business - so businesses thrive wherever they choose to grow. We deliver services across: Global payments and receivables Foreign Exchange (FX) Treasury management Finance reconciliations We are rapidly expanding, with established presence in MEA, UK & Europe, APAC, and North America, backed by a strong global infrastructure and industry leading partners, we are redefining how businesses move money worldwide. Our clients span industries from sports and entertainment to logistics and travel, and our community is growing rapidly. As we continue to expand, we're building a team of exceptional people who share our ambition to transform the future of global payments. As our Group Product Manager You'll own the product strategy and outcomes for your regions within the Send domain- the core of how Sokin moves money for its clients globally. You'll lead a team of Product Managers, owning their development and the regional strategy they execute against, ensuring they're working on the right things and delivering with clarity and pace. Your primary outcome is a high performing, well coordinated team that consistently ships impactful work with a clear strategic direction. Alongside this, you'll own licensing discovery for the countries in your regions - understanding the regulatory requirements for new markets, working cross functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Banking Partnerships, and ensuring Sokin has a clear, evidence based view of what it takes to expand. Working closely with engineering leads, the Product Director, and senior stakeholders, you'll represent the Send domain at a leadership level - bringing a well reasoned, evidence based point of view on where we're going and why. Your role as GPM at Sokin: Lead and develop a team of Product Managers spanning multiple regions - owning their growth, giving honest feedback, and building a team that operates with clarity and confidence. Own the product strategy and roadmap for your regions - ensuring it's grounded in evidence, clearly communicated, and aligned to Sokin's commercial expansion goals. Support licensing discovery for the countries within your regions - validating customer demand and regulatory requirements across Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Banking Partnerships to determine what Sokin needs to enter new markets. Coordinate across squads to ensure coherence, avoid duplication, and maintain a clear picture of how all the moving parts fit together. Represent the Send domain at leadership level - being a credible, well prepared voice in senior discussions and able to defend and evolve your strategy under scrutiny. Work closely with cross functional stakeholder leads, including engineering, as a peer - building the trust and shared understanding needed to deliver well together. Set clear success metrics for your domain and hold yourself and your team accountable to them. Make prioritisation calls across your squads - balancing short term delivery needs with longer term strategic bets and being clear about what you're not doing. Support the Product Director with domain level input into broader product planning, hiring, and strategic decisions. We'd love to hear from you if: You have proven experience leading a team of Product Managers - you've owned their development, coached regularly, and been honest about performance. You've owned a product domain end to end - whereby you have been accountable for the strategy, the roadmap, and the outcomes, not just the delivery. You're commercially literate and able to connect product decisions to business impact - you understand how what you build affects revenue, margins, and client outcomes. You're a clear, confident communicator - comfortable representing your domain at a senior level and able to simplify complex problems for a range of audiences. You have experience in fintech, payments, or financial services - you understand the domain and the complexity that comes with building in a regulated, fast moving environment. You're a strong cross functional operator - you build trust with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams, and know how to get things done through others. You can hold the big picture and the detail at the same time - strategic enough to set direction, grounded enough to know when to get into the work. You're honest and direct - with your team, your peers, and your leadership. You give feedback well and create an environment where your Product Managers can do their best work. Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in. Sokin is an equal opportunities employer and committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment. the company is the marketing platform for the age of AI search. The way brands reach people is being rewritten - AI models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode are now the answer layer between companies and their customers. We built the platform marketers use to understand, measure, and win in that world: the analytics, intelligence, and agent automation that turn AI search from a threat into a competitive advantage. We went from 0 to a $1B valuation in 18 months. Revenue grew 100x last year. Our customers include 15% of the Fortune 500 like Walmart, Wayfair and U.S. Bank, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. We are backed by Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, LSVP, and Khosla Ventures - and we are moving fast enough that the people joining now are building the playbook everyone who comes after them will run. About the Role We're looking for an Associate People Partner to provide broad-ranging HR support out of our London office. Our London team is primarily Go-to-Market, so you'll get the most hands on exposure to GTM: coaching sales and CS managers, supporting a commission-eligible population, and helping a revenue org scale. But this is a true generalist role: you'll also own broad-ranging HR work across every function in the office, not just GTM, and you'll get exposure to the full employee lifecycle as we build our People function in the UK from the ground up. You'll work closely with managers and employees on everything from onboarding and policy questions to performance management and employee relations, and you'll partner closely with People Partners across the company (including our GTM-focused partners in the US) to keep programs, policy, and practice consistent across regions. This role suits someone early in their HR career who wants hands on, varied experience with a strong tilt toward supporting a commercial team, and the chance to help shape how our People function runs in a new, fast growing office. What You'll Do Act as the day to day point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, policy interpretation, benefits, and performance management. Support GTM managers and employees most closely, given the London office's Go to Market focus, while remaining the go to HR resource for every team in the office. Support employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion, escalating and partnering with senior People Partners as needed. Help coordinate and run core HR cycles: performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement surveys, for the London office. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, and help build out People processes and documentation as the London office grows. Support hiring and onboarding logistics in partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring new hires have a smooth start. Help ensure compliance with UK employment law and best practices, in consultation with senior People Partners and external counsel as needed. Coach managers on foundational people management skills, including guidance specific to GTM structures like commission plans and quota carrying roles. Partner closely with People Partners across the company to share context, stay aligned on policy, and bring a London/EMEA perspective into company wide People programs. Contribute to building a strong, connected culture in the London office as we scale. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity, ideally at a fast paced or high growth tech company; exposure to a Sales, Customer Success, or other GTM/commercial client group is a strong plus. Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable being a first point of contact for employees at all levels. Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters. Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast moving environment. Comfort with HR systems and basic people data/reporting. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Location This is an on site role based in our London office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact. Salary & Compensation For this role, the expected base salary range is £83,200 - £107,300. the company's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. Our recruiting team will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through hiring. London Ebury helps ambitious businesses unlock global growth, and we take the same approach with our people. We encourage innovation and movement, collaboration and problem-solving, and foster an environment where everyone can feel they belong, are valued, supported and empowered to succeed. If you're a collaborator who wants to help transform how businesses operate globally, get in touch - we'd love to discuss how Ebury can accelerate your career so you can shape the future. Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week As Ebury scales globally, we are evolving from a delivery-led organisation into aplatform-led productcompany - building shared foundations that allow teams to move faster, operate safely in regulated environments and deliver high-quality client experiences across channel The Opportunity We're looking for aSenior Product Manager to own one number: the share of Ebury's clients who convert into hedgers - and to build the journeys, workflows and decision tools that get them there. Ebury has a real hedging business. Thousands of clients already hedge with us, they're our most valuable and stickiest, and Hedge works. The problem isn't proof of concept - it's rate. For every client who converts, several more carry the same currency exposure, would benefit from the same forward, and never get there. Here's the honest reason why. Hedging isn't a product you sell; it's a conclusion a client reaches once they can see what their international business is actually exposed to. Today that seeing happens in a CPM's head and a spreadsheet, one client at a time. The client can't see their own exposure clearly, the CPM can't see it at scale, and so the conversation that should be obvious either happens late or never happens at all. This role builds the layer that changes that: guided journeys and lifecycle workflows that carry a client from unaware exposure to a first hedge to a standing policy - and the decision tools that let both the client and their CPM understand the client's international business well enough to make the right call, not just the next call. You'll sit at the intersection of product, data, and commercial, working closely with: CPMs and Sales teams who convert clients today Data and Analytics Design and Engineering Compliance and Risk Clients directly What you'll do You will own the end-to-end conversion journey into hedging, backed by a dedicated squad of developers, including: Journeys & Lifecycle Workflows The path from spot client Hedge-active policy client, and every drop-off point along it Guided, staged journeys rather than one-off prompts: the right message, to the right client, at the moment their exposure is real to them Triggered workflows off real events, a new currency pair, a large invoice, a rate move against them, a forward maturing Understanding what separates the clients who convert from the ones who don't, and building for the difference Decision Tools for Clients Showing a client what their international business is actually exposed to, in their own numbers and their own currencies Exposure views, scenario and impact modelling, MTM and forward comparisons a finance lead can act on without training Turning "should I hedge?" into a question the client can answer for themselves, with confidence Balancing honesty about risk against simplicity of decision, the goal is a well-made decision, not a sold one Tooling for CPMs Giving CPMs a portfolio-level view of client exposure, trades and performance, so they know who to talk to and what to say before the client asks Surfacing the signals that make a conversation timely: unhedged exposure, changing trade patterns, policy lapses Learning from the conversations that already convert clients, and productising them Repeat Hedging & Policy Turning a first hedge into a second and a third Moving clients from ad-hoc trades onto a standing hedging policy they run every month Statements, notifications and review moments that build the habit and prove the value after the fact Experimentation & Measurement A cadence of A/B tests across the journey, not a feature backlog Reading results honestly, including the ones that kill your own ideas Building the measurement so conversion, and what's driving it What success looks like (12-18 months) Spot-to-hedger conversion rate is measurably higher, and you can attribute the lift A meaningful share of new hedgers convert through product journeys rather than a CPM conversation CPMs work from exposure signals in a tool instead of instinct and spreadsheets, and cover more clients as a result Clients can articulate their own FX exposure - and clients who hedge once come back without being called More hedgers move onto hedging policies rather than trading ad hoc Product - not people - becomes the primary driver of hedging conversion What makes this role hard You're changing behaviour, not shipping features. The instrument already exists and works; the reason more clients don't use it is understanding, trust and habit. It's a two-sided problem. Clients and CPMs need different views of the same truth, and building for one badly makes the other worse but the CPMs must know what the client can see to have consultative conversations The baseline isn't zero. There's an existing business and an existing way of converting clients, you have to improve on it without disrupting it. Exposure is genuinely hard to model. Client data is incomplete, trade history is a proxy for intent, and being confidently wrong about someone's exposure destroys trust instantly. You're helping non-experts make decisions with real financial consequences. Oversimplify and you mislead; don't simplify and nobody acts. You'll navigate real-world complexity: regional and regulatory nuance, credit and margin implications, and client segments with genuinely different needs. Who we are looking for Prior FX or hedging experience is a plus, not a requirement. We're looking for someone who can move a hard conversion number in a complex, regulated environment - with strong agency, sharp analytical instincts, and a real feel for why people do and don't act. Must-have: 4+ years of product management experience, including at least one role owning conversion, adoption or engagement outcomes end-to-end Strong analytics and experimentation skills - funnel analysis, cohort and retention analysis, designing and interpreting A/B tests Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows, and the messaging that carries them Fluent English (daily collaboration with global commercial, tech and Legal/Compliance/Risk stakeholders) Nice-to-have: Familiarity with foreign exchange, hedging or other asset classes Experience in fintech or regulated financial products Experience building internal or advisor-facing tooling alongside client-facing product Localisation awareness Strong Product Fundamentals - breaks down ambiguous problems into clear product opportunities; comfortable working across UX, data and operations; focused on outcomes, not just delivery. Funnel & Journey Thinking - instinctively looks for where clients fall out and why; designs staged journeys rather than isolated features; sizes the opportunity before designing the fix. Two-Sided Design - builds for clients and the internal teams serving them at once; understands the trade-offs between automation and human judgement. Behavioural Instinct - thinks in triggers, incentives and habit loops; understands that conversion is earned, not shipped. Analytical Depth - partners with Data rather than outsourcing the thinking; can build the exposure and funnel view themselves and defend it. Commercial Awareness - understands how product decisions land in revenue and margin; prioritises on business impact, not just user feedback. High Agency & Pragmatism - comfortable operating in under-defined environments; bias to action; doesn't wait for perfect structure. Deep Customer Curiosity - regularly speaks to clients and CPMs; uses it to inform decisions, not just validation. Why Ebury?
