Recruit, train, motivate appraise and supervise all kitchen roles Place orders with suppliers, contact new suppliers and search for best prices Complete the weekly staff rota including water duties for the floors & C&B Head the menu planning together with creating new dishes Investigate and respond to any guest's complaints Ensure all Training & Development is completed together with health & safety regulations Assist with payroll by completing weekly timesheets, deal with any kitchen staff issues accordingly Adhere to all deadlines related to the kitchen e.g. stock taking, weekly timesheets, menu change, H&S inspection requirements Work closely with the F&B Manager and Supervisors Undertake all other duties as and when directed by the General Manager
