About the role: Assisting the nursery teams with providing a safe, clean & happy environment for children Working with 3 key age groups Participating in activities and engaging with the children Helping with meals and snacks Typical Shift times can range from the hours 8.00am until 6.00pm but there are other shorter times that are required for those who cannot work the full day. This role would suit : Someone with at least 6 months minimum experience in a nursery set up. Someone who is flexible and able to travel Someone with a genuine love and passion with working with children and in nurseries Someone who can work a few days a week if not all week Candidates must: Hold a clean and valid DBS Have 5 years of recent references Be experienced in working in a fast-paced demanding environment Report incidents regarding the safety and wellbeing of the children Have knowledge of safeguarding and be prepared to do some training if offered Be based in the local area or prepared to travel Have at least a minimum of 6 months professional experience working with 0-4-year-olds Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum
