We're working with a boutique law firm in Cheltenham that was founded by lawyers who wanted to take the best bits of working in larger firms, without the bureaucracy, presenteeism or toxic culture. The result is a close-knit team; a loyal client base built largely on word of mouth and a working environment where people are trusted to do their jobs without having to prove they're sitting at their desks. They're now looking to welcome an Employment Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to the team. The Role: You'll advise both businesses and individuals on a broad range of employment law matters, from day-to-day HR advice to complex disputes and tribunal claims. An impressive reputation. With a strong, established client base built predominantly through personal recommendations, the firm has grown through the quality of its work and the relationships it builds, rather than big marketing campaigns.
