Our client, a well-established and growing professional services organisation, is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Tax Manager to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a senior role combining technical employment tax expertise with client relationship management, advisory work and business development. As the Employment Tax Manager, you'll work closely with a broad range of clients, providing practical advice across complex employment tax matters while helping to develop existing relationships and identify new opportunities.

The Responsibilities:

• Lead employment tax advisory projects across a broad client portfolio
• Provide practical advice across PAYE, NICs, benefits and reward
• Advise clients on IR35, off-payroll working and compliance
• Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
• Support proposals, pitches and wider business development activity
• Deliver employment tax reviews, risk assessments and due diligence
• Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues and external advisers
• Coach and support junior team members while contributing to team development

The Candidate:

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified, or equivalent
• Strong UK employment tax experience at Senior Manager level
• Excellent technical knowledge of employment tax legislation and P11Ds
• Strong client management, communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and motivated by career progression
