We have a strong focus on high quality survey and assessment combined with biodiversity enhancement and restoration across our portfolio of work at all scales and sectors including flood, coastal and maritime, water utilities, transport and renewable power. This all-round opportunity will see you developing concept and schematic designs, working on all FF&E and interior architecture stages and running projects from start to finish. This award-winning Architecture and Interior Design team, are known not only for their unique portfolio of understated, high-end residential projects but also for their fantastic dynamic and friendly office environment. They are now looking for a Mid Weight Interior Designer to join them on a permanent basis. Role & Responsibilities - Developing concepts, sketches, mood boards, and design presentations alongside senior designers - FF&E including sourcing, specification, budgeting, scheduling and procurement - Interior architecture; producing detailed technical drawings, tender packages and visuals - Project management - dealing with project programmes, timelines and deadlines - Liaising directly with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors - Communicating with HNWI through the life of the projects - Reporting to the ID Director. Required Skills & Experience - 4+ years' experience working on luxury residential projects in the UK - Good knowledge of UK regulations, project stages and luxury standards - Proven experience working on all FF&E stages including procurement - Excellent knowledge of suppliers, products, materials and finishes - Strong interior architecture experience and technical abilities - Project management experience - Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Esti - Confident in client facing roles; Ability to work closely with clients, suppliers and third parties is essential!
