Key Responsibilities Develop cloud-native applications using Azure Cosmos DB (SQL API & Mongo API) Design and optimise NoSQL data models Implement partitioning and indexing strategies for performance optimisation Optimise RU consumption and query performance Work with Cosmos DB Change Data Feed (CDF) and Spark integrations Develop reusable libraries using C#/.NET or Node.js Build CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Implement automated testing frameworks Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams in a microservices ecosystem Ensure compliance with security and governance standards Essential Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB Query optimisation and throughput management expertise Experience with Cosmos DB Change Data Feed (CDF) Strong PySpark and Spark distributed computing knowledge Experience integrating Spark with Cosmos CDF High proficiency with Cosmos DB SDKs (.NET, Java, Python, Node.js) Deep understanding of partitioning, indexing, and consistency models Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, Logic Apps) CI/CD experience (GitLab preferred) Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core Strong object-oriented design principles Why Apply?
