Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB). Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
