A track record of taking end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects, from initial design docs and RFCs through to deployment and observability. A belief that if it isn't tested, it's broken , and a drive to proactively identify and fix vulnerabilities by treating security as a continuous engineering challenge. Our Team Philosophy The Security Engineering team is a diverse and dynamic group passionate about building secure and resilient systems. We're enthusiastic about security, but we're not about rigid, one-size-fits-all controls. We believe in striking a balance between protecting our systems and empowering our developers to build and innovate. If you are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about finding innovative security solutions, we would love to hear from you. Principal Product Marketer
Supermetrics Oy
Dublin Helsinki HQ Netherlands United Kingdom Supermetrics is at an inflection point. The business was built on product-market fit - connecting marketing data to analytics tools for 200,000+ customers. Now we're evolving into the trusted intelligence layer behind AI-first marketing, with connectors to Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot already live and breaking new-user records. The category narrative is being written right now, and this role is at the centre of it. We're hiring a Principal Product Marketer to join a small, senior PMM team led by our incoming Senior Director of Product Marketing. The team's remit covers the full product portfolio - positioning, GTM, competitive intelligence, and enablement - with AI as the priority surface where the business is growing fastest and the category story is most live. As a Principal, you'll carry significant scope and operate with high autonomy - but you're not doing it alone. You'll work closely with your PMM and wider marketing team, with AI handling much of the execution layer so the PMM team can focus on the strategic and narrative work that actually moves the market. You'll be a key stakeholder inside our SuperPods (cross-functional squads of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and CS, each accountable end-to-end for a product area's growth) as the commercial voice and GTM owner for your assigned pods. You'll also help shape the rhythm that connects PMM to Product early in each development cycle - before decisions are made, not after. This role is built AI-first. Not AI as a productivity tool - AI as infrastructure. You'll design and operate agent workflows for competitive intelligence, VOC synthesis, and launch content, while keeping strategic judgment firmly human-owned. If you've been thinking about what PMM looks like when it's rebuilt from the ground up around AI, this is where you help build that answer. What you'll contribute Positioning, messaging, and GTM across your product areas - with particular depth on the AI surface, where the competitive landscape shifts monthly. AI-driven workflows for competitive monitoring, VOC synthesis, and enablement - replacing periodic, manual processes with continuous intelligence systems. Sales and CS enablement maintained as living assets, updated as the product and competitive landscape evolves. Cross-functional signal loops with Customer Experience, Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Support - keeping market reality flowing into positioning in near real-time. GTM input at the GTM Council, aligning launch sequencing and narrative across pods. What we're looking for 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience and owning GTM end-to-end - not as support to a larger team, but not as a lone operator either. You understand how to work as part of a small, senior function where everyone carries real scope and collaboration is how the work gets done. Real dual-motion instinct: you understand what changes between PLG and SLG at a strategic and tactical level, and you can advocate for both with equal conviction. AI fluency is genuine and demonstrated. You've built working systems under real conditions - agents, automation, structured workflows - and you have a clear point of view on what PMM humans should own versus what agents should operate. Experienced positioning and narrative practitioner - comfortable with frameworks like April Dunford and JTBD as tools. You can build a category story, not just describe one. Domain experience matters: martech, adtech, data or analytics is critical. You understand the marketing buyer and their data workflows. Why this role, why now The AI surface is redefining the category. The established platform gives it credibility. A small, senior PMM team - backed by an AI layer that handles execution at scale - is how we tell that story and take it to market. If that sounds like the right environment for where you are in your career, we'd like to talk. Join us on our mission to make data a marketing superpower Supermetrics builds an end-to-end marketing intelligence platform, with 15% of global advertising spend reported through our products.
