Wolt and Roo operate under the DoorDash umbrella, and Customer Support sits at the intersection of brand experience, unit economics and long-term growth. This role owns the strategy on: Where should we operate support, at what scale, and at what cost, across a rolling multi-year horizon? How do we architect frontline service design to be AI-ready as frontline tooling evolves, deliver best-in-class customer experience, and remain cost-efficient? How do we manage our workforce with precision, eliminating waste, consolidating overlapping structures, and continuously improving headcount efficiency through automation and org redesign? This is a permanent leadership role. The person in this seat will own network strategy, service design and workforce management as a continuous discipline, embedding deeply into Wolt, Roo and DoorDash technology stacks, building and refreshing the financial and operational case for change, and evolving the execution roadmap as the business, technology and market shift. Scope of ResponsibilityA. Support Service Design Own the demand and supply planning, and scheduling for the network, partnering deeply with upstream business owners and defect elimination to enable forecasting accuracy. Own ongoing assessment of how service is structured and delivered at the frontline across both brands. Maintain the role architecture map: what roles exist, what they do, where they overlap. Evaluate how tools (CRM, WFM, knowledge base, AI tools, ticketing) enable or constrain frontline roles, and keep this view current as tooling changes. Own and evolve the target-state frontline model aligned to AI-augmented ways of working. Continuously run gap analysis: current state vs. target state, with prioritised interventions. B. Support Site Strategy Own the support site footprint across both brands as an ongoing portfolio. Maintain and refresh strategic site scenarios across cost, quality, risk and scalability as conditions change. Own the financial model underpinning site strategy: OpEx, CapEx, transition cost, and planning cycles. Continuously assess BPO vs. in-house mix, nearshore vs. offshore trade-offs, and consolidation opportunities. Bring forward exec-ready recommendations as circumstances warrant, with clear pros, cons and decision criteria. Keep the site strategy framed against contact volume reduction through automation. C. Workforce Management Transformation Own WFM maturity across both brands on an ongoing basis: demand forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management. Identify and close tooling gaps and duplication across Wolt and Roo WFM stacks. Own and evolve the consolidated WFM target operating model. Own the continuous efficiency case, driven through: Org consolidation: merging duplicated WFM roles across the two brands. Contact automation: defect elimination and end-to-end customer-facing automation. AI-assisted agent workflows: human-in-the-loop bot interfaces, AI-guided resolution, next-best-action tools. Scheduling and real-time optimisation via AI/ML tooling. Own tooling requirements and vendor strategy (shortlists, entries, exits) as an ongoing responsibility. D. DoorDash Technology Integration Maintain deep, current working knowledge of DoorDash's support technology stack. Continuously translate technology capabilities into concrete business levers for the Wolt and Roo context. Own the dependency map between integration milestones and the Support transformation roadmap. Flag risks early where integration timelines could affect strategy execution. E. Execution Planning Own the rolling execution plan: prioritised initiatives, owners, investment, expected outcomes, refreshed as priorities shift. Own the forward-looking roadmap: strategic bets, sequencing logic, capability-build requirements. Own stakeholder alignment across Support Operations, Product, Finance and People functions on an ongoing basis. Core Ongoing Responsibilities & Outcomes Current state visibility: Maintain a living view of service design, site footprint, financial planning cycles and WFM maturity across Wolt & Roo, with an opinionated, forward-looking perspective on where the network needs to go. DoorDash technology translation: Continuously map DoorDash technology capabilities to Wolt/Roo business levers, tracking upstream product, tooling and integration roadmaps and their implications for network design. Support site strategy: Maintain a multi-year scenario model with full financial analysis, pros & cons, and a standing recommended path, developed in partnership with the wider Strategy and Operations organisation. Planning mechanisms: Own and run weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual mechanisms for demand and supply planning (long and short term) and scheduling/real-time management, optimising for customer experience and efficiency, with clear visibility for executive leadership. WFM transformation: Own the consolidated operating model, tooling spec, and the efficiency case for the organisation, with signed-off financial projections refreshed as the business evolves. Roadmap ownership: Maintain a rolling forward roadmap covering strategic sequencing, capability investments, and automation maturity milestones, ratified through regular leadership review. Stakeholder alignment: Keep all key workstream owners briefed, committed and clear on accountabilities on an ongoing basis. All recommendations must be underpinned by a financial model, and must be decision-ready on first presentation. Operating Rhythm Embed & Orient (ongoing as scope evolves): Maintain stakeholder maps; stay immersed in Wolt, Roo & DoorDash systems; keep baseline data current; revisit scope and success criteria as the business changes. Diagnose: Continuously reassess current state across all workstreams; keep DoorDash tech translation current; surface risks and quick wins as they emerge. Design & Model: Maintain and evolve site strategy scenarios, the frontline service design blueprint, the WFM target model, and supporting financial models. Synthesise & Align: Run regular executive forums and stakeholder sign-off cycles. Roadmap & Continuity: Maintain the forward roadmap; ensure knowledge is embedded across the team rather than concentrated in one person. Experience ProfileEssential 10+ years in customer support strategy, CX operations or contact centre consulting/leadership. Demonstrable experience designing and executing site strategy at scale (multi-site, multi-brand, international). Deep workforce management expertise: forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management. Experience leading or sponsoring automation programmes, contact reduction, chatbot, AI agent-assist. Track record of delivering headcount efficiencies without degrading quality. About the Role The head of EMEA Refund Fraud will lead Doordash's EMEA strategy for preventing and managing refund abuse across our marketplace. You will be accountable for the performance of the Credit and Refund (C&R) Fraud domain: setting the long-term vision, determining where we focus our resources, and building the team, controls and capabilities required to reduce fraud sustainably while protecting the experience of genuine customers. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of Integrity, Customer Care, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance. You will lead a team of experienced fraud and strategy professionals and work with senior leaders across the company to make complex decisions about fraud risk, customer experience, operational cost and product investment. You will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, identifying problems before they become material, and turning complex and sometimes incomplete signals into a clear strategy. Success will come not from personally solving every problem, but from creating the direction, operating mechanisms and team that enable the company to manage refund fraud effectively at scale. What You'll Be Doing Setting the C&R Fraud Strategy Set and own the 1-2 year vision and strategy for C&R Fraud, translating wider Integrity and business priorities into a focused roadmap. Proactively identify emerging risks, systemic vulnerabilities and opportunities rather than waiting for problems to be assigned. Determine the highest-value problems for the team to solve and make clear choices about where we should (and should not) invest. Define how we balance fraud loss, customer experience, operational cost and growth when designing controls. Build compelling business cases for significant product, policy and operational investments. Owning Performance and Risk Be accountable for C&R Fraud performance and establish a clear set of outcomes, targets and guardrails. Develop a comprehensive view of fraud exposure, including fraud cost, abuse rates, loss per order, false positives, customer impact and operational cost. Partner with Finance and senior leadership to quantify financial exposure and inform risk appetite decisions. Establish mechanisms to identify material changes in performance, understand their drivers and ensure effective action is taken. Ensure the organisation can detect and respond quickly to new abuse patterns and emerging threats. Build Scalable Fraud Prevention Capabilities Own the effectiveness of the overall C&R fraud framework across customer and partner journeys. Identify systemic control gaps and ensure the right preventative, detective and responsive controls are in place. Set the direction for product decisioning, eligibility logic, automation, friction, policies and operational interventions. Ensure rules, models and controls are continually evaluated against both fraud outcomes and customer-experience guardrails. Create effective feedback loops between frontline investigations, Analytics, Product and Engineering so that new insights translate into better prevention. Challenge legacy processes and controls, simplifying or retiring them where they no longer provide sufficient value. Lead Cross-Functional Strategy and Investment Act as the senior C&R Fraud partner to Product, Engineering, Customer Care, Merchant, Finance, Analytics and other Integrity teams. Translate fraud problems into clear product and business opportunities and influence roadmaps outside your direct reporting line. Lead complex decisions where fraud prevention, customer experience, commercial performance and operational efficiency are in tension. Create alignment around priorities, decision rights and accountability without relying on excessive consensus. Make longer-term trade-offs and ensure resources are concentrated on the initiatives with the greatest expected impact. Communicate complex risks and recommendations clearly to senior and executive stakeholders. Build and Lead a High-Performing Team Lead and develop a team of experienced fraud, strategy and operations professionals. Translate your strategy into clear, measurable outcomes for individual team members. Empower your team to own significant problems independently while providing effective challenge, coaching and direction. Establish strong operating mechanisms and rituals for reviewing performance, prioritisation, delivery and emerging risks. Build capability and succession within the team, identifying development opportunities and future talent needs. Create an inclusive environment in which different perspectives are actively sought and people are able to challenge assumptions. Hold yourself and others accountable for delivering ambitious outcomes while maintaining focus and sustainable ways of working. Requirements We are looking for an experienced leader who has previously owned a meaningful fraud, risk, trust & safety, operational or related business domain. You will ideally bring: Significant experience in fraud, risk strategy, trust & safety, marketplace integrity, strategy & operations or a related domain, typically gained over 10+ years. Experience leading and developing experienced individual contributors and/or managers. Demonstrated ownership of a substantial business outcome, risk domain or portfolio rather than solely individual projects. A track record of defining and executing strategies across a 1-2 year horizon. Experience identifying complex problems, setting direction and making high-quality decisions where the answer is not immediately clear. Strong commercial judgement and the ability to evaluate financial impact alongside customer and operational consequences. Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics and Finance. Strong analytical judgement and the ability to use data, customer insight and operational evidence to challenge assumptions and make decisions. Experience translating complex problems into scalable product, policy or operational solutions. Strong people leadership, with evidence of developing talented individuals and creating teams that operate effectively with increasing autonomy. Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn complex analysis into clear executive-level recommendations. Experience with refund abuse, customer claims fraud, payments fraud, marketplace abuse or adjacent fraud domains would be valuable, but deep expertise in refund fraud itself is not essential. We are equally interested in leaders who have demonstrated the ability to quickly understand a complex risk domain and build the strategy and organisation required to improve it. What Success Looks Like In this role, you will have built a clear and widely understood C&R Fraud strategy, established measurable outcomes and guardrails, and focused the organisation on a number of high-impact priorities. You will have materially improved our ability to prevent and respond to refund abuse while protecting genuine customers, created a scalable control and monitoring framework, and influenced the product investments required to address systemic vulnerabilities. You will have built a team capable of owning complex problems independently - creating an organisation that anticipates risk and continuously improves rather than reacting to the fraud we see today. Why the company Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders. We are transforming the way the world eats and shops by making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it. We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas. Workplace & Benefits healthcare well-being parental leave pensions generous annual leave allowances time off to support a charitable cause of your choice Diversity At the company, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry. We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

Department Description Allica Bank aims to provide Expert Banking for Business Britain by providing excellent customer experience and pioneering technology solutions to facilitate this. Role Description The Product Owner will lead the work to define, deliver and manage AI-enabled products across our lending journeys, bringing together product design and thinking with a strong working knowledge of what today's AI can and cannot do. You will aim to build robust, automated and well-governed systems and processes that enable us to move quickly and innovate our lending and financing products in the SME banking market. Whilst a lot of the market aims to avoid the complex nature of SME businesses, we are going for it head on, designing simple and efficient solutions to the most complex problems in the market to provide excellent and efficient customer experience. We aim for our external view of the lending product, as well as our internal systems to be the best in market which will allow us to scale quickly to serve more UK SMEs, while doing so in a cost-effective manner. London Ebury helps ambitious businesses unlock global growth, and we take the same approach with our people. We encourage innovation and movement, collaboration and problem-solving, and foster an environment where everyone can feel they belong, are valued, supported and empowered to succeed. If you're a collaborator who wants to help transform how businesses operate globally, get in touch - we'd love to discuss how Ebury can accelerate your career so you can shape the future. Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week As Ebury scales globally, we are evolving from a delivery-led organisation into aplatform-led productcompany - building shared foundations that allow teams to move faster, operate safely in regulated environments and deliver high-quality client experiences across channel The Opportunity We're looking for aSenior Product Manager to own one number: the share of Ebury's clients who convert into hedgers - and to build the journeys, workflows and decision tools that get them there. Ebury has a real hedging business. Thousands of clients already hedge with us, they're our most valuable and stickiest, and Hedge works. The problem isn't proof of concept - it's rate. For every client who converts, several more carry the same currency exposure, would benefit from the same forward, and never get there. Here's the honest reason why. Hedging isn't a product you sell; it's a conclusion a client reaches once they can see what their international business is actually exposed to. Today that seeing happens in a CPM's head and a spreadsheet, one client at a time. The client can't see their own exposure clearly, the CPM can't see it at scale, and so the conversation that should be obvious either happens late or never happens at all. This role builds the layer that changes that: guided journeys and lifecycle workflows that carry a client from unaware exposure to a first hedge to a standing policy - and the decision tools that let both the client and their CPM understand the client's international business well enough to make the right call, not just the next call. You'll sit at the intersection of product, data, and commercial, working closely with: CPMs and Sales teams who convert clients today Data and Analytics Design and Engineering Compliance and Risk Clients directly What you'll do You will own the end-to-end conversion journey into hedging, backed by a dedicated squad of developers, including: Journeys & Lifecycle Workflows The path from spot client Hedge-active policy client, and every drop-off point along it Guided, staged journeys rather than one-off prompts: the right message, to the right client, at the moment their exposure is real to them Triggered workflows off real events, a new currency pair, a large invoice, a rate move against them, a forward maturing Understanding what separates the clients who convert from the ones who don't, and building for the difference Decision Tools for Clients Showing a client what their international business is actually exposed to, in their own numbers and their own currencies Exposure views, scenario and impact modelling, MTM and forward comparisons a finance lead can act on without training Turning "should I hedge?" into a question the client can answer for themselves, with confidence Balancing honesty about risk against simplicity of decision, the goal is a well-made decision, not a sold one Tooling for CPMs Giving CPMs a portfolio-level view of client exposure, trades and performance, so they know who to talk to and what to say before the client asks Surfacing the signals that make a conversation timely: unhedged exposure, changing trade patterns, policy lapses Learning from the conversations that already convert clients, and productising them Repeat Hedging & Policy Turning a first hedge into a second and a third Moving clients from ad-hoc trades onto a standing hedging policy they run every month Statements, notifications and review moments that build the habit and prove the value after the fact Experimentation & Measurement A cadence of A/B tests across the journey, not a feature backlog Reading results honestly, including the ones that kill your own ideas Building the measurement so conversion, and what's driving it What success looks like (12-18 months) Spot-to-hedger conversion rate is measurably higher, and you can attribute the lift A meaningful share of new hedgers convert through product journeys rather than a CPM conversation CPMs work from exposure signals in a tool instead of instinct and spreadsheets, and cover more clients as a result Clients can articulate their own FX exposure - and clients who hedge once come back without being called More hedgers move onto hedging policies rather than trading ad hoc Product - not people - becomes the primary driver of hedging conversion What makes this role hard You're changing behaviour, not shipping features. The instrument already exists and works; the reason more clients don't use it is understanding, trust and habit. It's a two-sided problem. Clients and CPMs need different views of the same truth, and building for one badly makes the other worse but the CPMs must know what the client can see to have consultative conversations The baseline isn't zero. There's an existing business and an existing way of converting clients, you have to improve on it without disrupting it. Exposure is genuinely hard to model. Client data is incomplete, trade history is a proxy for intent, and being confidently wrong about someone's exposure destroys trust instantly. You're helping non-experts make decisions with real financial consequences. Oversimplify and you mislead; don't simplify and nobody acts. You'll navigate real-world complexity: regional and regulatory nuance, credit and margin implications, and client segments with genuinely different needs. Who we are looking for Prior FX or hedging experience is a plus, not a requirement. We're looking for someone who can move a hard conversion number in a complex, regulated environment - with strong agency, sharp analytical instincts, and a real feel for why people do and don't act. Must-have: 4+ years of product management experience, including at least one role owning conversion, adoption or engagement outcomes end-to-end Strong analytics and experimentation skills - funnel analysis, cohort and retention analysis, designing and interpreting A/B tests Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows, and the messaging that carries them Fluent English (daily collaboration with global commercial, tech and Legal/Compliance/Risk stakeholders) Nice-to-have: Familiarity with foreign exchange, hedging or other asset classes Experience in fintech or regulated financial products Experience building internal or advisor-facing tooling alongside client-facing product Localisation awareness Strong Product Fundamentals - breaks down ambiguous problems into clear product opportunities; comfortable working across UX, data and operations; focused on outcomes, not just delivery. Funnel & Journey Thinking - instinctively looks for where clients fall out and why; designs staged journeys rather than isolated features; sizes the opportunity before designing the fix. Two-Sided Design - builds for clients and the internal teams serving them at once; understands the trade-offs between automation and human judgement. Behavioural Instinct - thinks in triggers, incentives and habit loops; understands that conversion is earned, not shipped. Analytical Depth - partners with Data rather than outsourcing the thinking; can build the exposure and funnel view themselves and defend it. Commercial Awareness - understands how product decisions land in revenue and margin; prioritises on business impact, not just user feedback. High Agency & Pragmatism - comfortable operating in under-defined environments; bias to action; doesn't wait for perfect structure. Deep Customer Curiosity - regularly speaks to clients and CPMs; uses it to inform decisions, not just validation. Why Ebury? Competitive Starting Salary with an annual discretionary bonusthat truly rewards your performance from day one. Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success. Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best. MissionNeko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role PurposeOur clinics are where Neko shows up most tangibly - for our members and for our teams. Nowhere carries more of that than the UK: currently our largest clinical market, and the clearest test of whether our people practices hold up under real growth. What members experience in clinic is downstream of how those teams are built and led. This role operates across two teams: a cross-functional People team that supports UK clinics locally, and Neko's global People Partner team, focused on clinics and operations worldwide - together built to deliver one people agenda that holds up locally and at scale. As UK Lead, this role owns the full people strategy behind how the UK scales: what the organisation looks like, how clinic teams are shaped and staffed, how people are led, developed, and rewarded, and what it feels like to work here. It also carries the embedded, day-to-day work of keeping clinics running well today. Both, at the same time, and neither at arm's length. What you'll do in the first 6-12 MonthsOwn the clinical people agenda for the UK Be the day-to-day People partner across UK clinical leadership - senior operations and medical leaders through to frontline clinic managers - owning workforce planning, organisational design, and talent decisions for the clinical population Sit at the table with UK clinical leadership as the voice of the people agenda Support the development and internal mobility routes that let clinical talent grow - into deeper expertise, wider scope, or leadership Work as part of a cross-functional local People team - alongside TA, Rewards, Growth, and People Ops partners - to deliver one joined-up agenda for UK clinics Be embedded in clinics Spend real time in clinics to understand how work actually happens - not just what's written down Build trust with clinic teams by showing up consistently, listening carefully, and following through Stay close to what members experience in clinic, and read it as signal about how the team is resourced, structured, and led Bring sound judgement and discretion to the most sensitive people matters on the clinical floor Help clinic leaders lead well Coach leaders through hiring, performance, and the conversations that are hard but important Build the leadership capability and multi-way feedback culture that keep employee relations issues from piling up - and support teams and leaders through the ones that do Support first-time clinic managers as they build confidence, capability, and steady leadership habits Turn central People programmes into clinic-ready practice, and call out where a centralised approach misses frontline reality Data-informed, judgement-led, moving at the pace of the business Use staffing patterns, clinical pipeline data, and on-the-ground signal to shape workforce decisions ahead of need Put data and AI to work in how the People agenda actually runs - sharper decisions, less manual effort, and more time on the judgement calls and the highest-impact work Spot strain, inconsistency, or risk early, and address it before it reaches a member - team strain usually shows up in the clinic room before it shows up in the data Take change from decision to genuine adoption - bringing clinic teams with you, without pausing delivery to do it Hold both hats: UK delivery and global clinical strategy Operate as part of Neko's global People Partner team, and help drive its clinical strategy rather than just feed into it Bring the UK's clinical reality into that team's agenda, so decisions made at scale hold up on the ground Minumum Requirements 8+ years as a senior People or HR Business Partner leader, supporting both senior levels of leadership and frontline leaders of larger teams Experience holding a local delivery mandate and a genuine seat in broader, cross-market strategy at the same time A track record of leading people change in fast-moving, scaling businesses - comfortable revisiting what you built six months ago because the business has moved Fluent with people data and actively using AI in your own work - to reach better decisions, and to cover more ground than the role would otherwise allow A habit of tying people decisions to the experience customers or members actually receive - able to show how team design, capability, and morale land in the room, not just in engagement scores Able to support employee relations, but stronger still at building the leadership capability and culture - feedback, engagement, trust - that stops most of it arising Working knowledge of UK employment law, with the judgement to know when to bring in specialist expertise Based in London, and ready to spend regular time in clinics
