We are recruiting for a Part-Time Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in L20 Bootle to work with an immediate start!

Milk Education are working with a primary school in Bootle. You will be supporting the children with their learning and development. This Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting the class teacher with the day to day running of the classroom. You will also be expected to work with groups of children and occasionally on a one to one basis as and when required.

Your role & responsibilities:
Promote inclusion and acceptance of all student
Reliable and flexible to suit the expectations of our schools
Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
You will work closely with the class teacher to provide a safe environment and engaging lesson
Non-negotiables:
Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience within the last two years supporting children in either an education, social care, nursery, community/youth role, college/university placement or any volunteer roles
Please note, candidates without a qualification but with extensive experience (paid or voluntary) with children or a relevant setting are also welcome to apply!
Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
Two suitable references covering the last 2 years
Be able to display excellent verbal communication as well as the ability to actively listen.
