Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge e-commerce projects: Take ownership from concept to launch.
- Orchestrate digital teams and tasks: Ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Bridge the gap: Collaborate across functions to build end-to-end plans for smooth rollouts.
- Strategic mastermind: Develop and track plans to meet both project goals and business objectives.
- Master of dependencies: Identify and manage cross-team and external dependencies.
- Client whisperer: Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Quality control: Manage third-party suppliers, oversee implementation, and ensure quality assurance.
- Data-driven leader: Report on project status, resource utilization, and budget.
Requirements:
- Agile aficionado: Understand and apply different Agile methodologies effectively.
- E-commerce/Retail savvy: Prior experience in these industries is a huge advantage.
- C-suite confidante: Proven experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Shopify whiz (optional): Bonus points for Shopify expertise, but not essential.
- Business-minded: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Leadership natural: Exude leadership, possess a delivery focus, and resolve challenges confidently.
