Trainee Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency

Our client is a multi-office Independent Brand with offices throughout Kent and South East London.

They are seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator, for their Rainham office that can bring enthusiasm to enhance the already successful operation in this office.

You will need to have worked in a Targeted Sales environment, Ideally one of the following- Car sales Phone sales Travel/Holiday Sales Call centre

They require: A well presented Individual Driven and determined to succeed Have a proven and consistent track record in Sales/Targeted Environment Excellent customer service skills Be prepared to work extra hours if required Open and learning mindset. Someone that wants to be part of a team looking to progress in the next six month to negotiator. Enjoys having fun within a great team environment. Works hard and plays hard. Wants to be the best they can be. Show a passion for building a career in Estate Agency Have a full UK driving licence and own car

Package on Offer - Basic £15,000 - £16,000 Pool commission Additionally, extra income can be gained from mortgage appointments, solicitors' income, and referral of listings and lettings business - gaining between £2-6K per annum. Realistic OTE £22,000

Hours: 8:30 am-6:00 pm Monday to Friday. 9:00 am-5:00 pm Saturday. Working a five-day rota with one day off during the week.
