HGV Class 2 - Amesbury
We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 driver for a permanent position at our busy chilled distribution site based in Amesbury (Wiltshire). The role consists of shop work, multi drop (up to 10 - 15 drops per day) and various different routes.
Shift:
start times between 01:00 - 05:00
week one Sun/Mon rest days; week two Sun/Tues rest days
PAYE rates:
Class 2 drivers Paye pay rate
30 minute break deducted only per shift.
Monday - Friday - Days £14.29
Monday - Friday - Nights £16.34
Monday to Friday- overtime after 47.5 days £16.08
Monday to Friday- overtime after 47.5 nights £18.38
Saturday Day £16.08
Saturday Night £18.38
Sunday- BH Day £21.44
Sunday - BH Night £24.49
What we are looking for:
Candidate that holds class C license
In date DIGI and CPC card
No more than 6 points on their license
Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organized individual.
Willing to work weekends.
Well Presented and have a good level of English
Motivated and open to learn new skills.
Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
Your role:
Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
Prepping vehicles for delivery.
Completing vehicles checks.
Refueling vehicles.
The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
