We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical-minded Operations Analyst to join our client. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimising their supply chain processes, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. As Operations Analyst Responsibilities include:
- Analyse and assess end-to-end supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall supply chain performance, including inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain workflows, enhance coordination, and optimize communication.
- Utilise data analytics tools to collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain data, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Generate reports on key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management.
- Proactively identify and resolve supply chain-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our supply chain processes.
Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role within a regulated manufacturing business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in supply chain management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
