SENIOR PMO - SERVICE NOW & SHAREPOINT - OIL & GASRATE: £450 INSIDE IR35ON-SITE: HYBRID 1-2 DAYS LOCATION: LONDONAre you a seasoned PMO looking to make an impact in a dynamic and challenging environment? I am currently seeking a Senior PMO to join one of our leading oil and gas clients. As a vital support to project and programme managers, you'll play a pivotal role in resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management, reporting, and product quality control.Key Responsibilities: Lead a small team of junior program control services members Apply both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to ensure smooth IT project setup Produce comprehensive project reports, capturing and track risks and issues Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office, PPM, SharePoint, Project, and Visio to create and manage project deliverables. Define and implement the PMO environment and toolset, ensuring effective usage and adherence to processes, assurance, reporting, and communication. Manage project resource plans, initiate project resource requests, and track timecards. Create and manage project budgets, track, report on, and reconcile actual costs and revenues across the project lifecycle.Skills & Requirements: Minimum 8 years' experience in a PMO capacity Support project alignment with and adherence to the project delivery methodologies Good understanding and experience of various Agile frameworks. Experience in Agile tooling. Proficient in project financial reconciliation activities, PR/PO creation, communication, stakeholder skills, reporting, and data analysis.
