The Role You will be responsible for managing claims through the full end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring customers and beneficiaries receive an accurate, efficient and empathetic service. Key responsibilities will include: Managing Life, Protection and Pension claims from initial notification through to assessment, settlement and closure. Reviewing policy information and claim documentation to establish eligibility. Obtaining and reviewing supporting evidence required to progress claims. Liaising sensitively and professionally with customers, beneficiaries, advisers, trustees and other third parties. Calculating and processing claim benefits in line with policy terms and procedures. Managing multiple claims and ensuring cases progress within agreed SLAs and quality standards. Maintaining accurate customer, policy and case records across administration and workflow systems. What We're Looking For Ideally, you will have: Previous experience within Life & Pensions, Insurance, Protection, Investments or Financial Services . Claims administration or claims-handling experience would be highly advantageous. Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to manage multiple cases and priorities within a deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
