Ideally, our client is looking for an individual with 5+ years' experience within a similar role, ideally within the O&G industry - it would also be advantageous to have some previous HR Training experience & an overview of International Employment Rules & Regulations Key responsibilities: Interface with Project Managers, Offshore Superintendents, and Personnel Logistics Coordinators regarding crew mobilization, selection, availability, and feedback Ensure compliance with UK Limited ROV Personnel Competence Scheme (CAAS) Support Personnel Logistics Coordinators for the mob/demob of ROV crews in accordance with project requirements Liaise with the Project and ROV Teams, HR, and Training/CAAS Team to confirm all required certificates, competencies, and project-specific training are met, following protocols Develop and maintain a strong understanding of individual ROV employee strengths Conduct regular meetings and visits with other entities to foster/enhance relationships Advise management on employment issues raised by ROV employees Support ROV Personnel Supervisor to update crewing system for all worksites to assign all staff and agency personnel With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
