Our client is a leading energy consultancy firm specialising in sustainable and innovative solutions for the building industry. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Energy Consultant to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that contribute to a greener and more efficient future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy audits and assessments of buildings to identify energy-saving opportunities
• Analyse building systems, HVAC, lighting, and insulation to recommend energy-efficient upgrades
• Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to building energy efficiency
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on renewable energy integration and sustainability
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented energy-saving measures
• Participate in project management, including budgeting and scheduling

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a certified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor NDEA L3 and L4. L5 certification is desirable.
• Have a minimum 3 years of experience in building energy consulting or related roles.
• Have certification as a Certified Energy Manager or Charted/Incorporated Engineer (CEng/IEng) equivalent is highly desirable.
• Have proficiency in energy modelling software (e.g., Design Builder, IES, or similar).
