An exciting opportunity has just opened for an experienced Air Hygiene Technician who is based in the Midlands to join one of our great clients. They specialise in air and water hygiene are committed to the HSE compliance of all their customers. They are the chosen supplier to high security government and NHS premises across the UK and have built their success using a wealth of knowledge and experience.

This is a great opportunity for an Air Hygiene Technician to join a market leading company working at high security premises across the Midlands.

Key Tasks & Duties of an Air Hygiene Technician:

• Inspecting, testing and cleaning of ventilation systems.
• Kitchen canopy and filter cleans.
• Fire damper testing and installations.
• Installing access panels where needed.
• Writing reports of work completed in line with TR19.
• Cleaning and disinfections in confined spaces and in accordance with TR19 and COSHH regulations.

Key Experience & Skills of an Air Hygiene Technician:

• A full UK driving license is essential for the position.
• You must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
• Ideally you will be trained in confined spaces with any other training being beneficial.
• You will have excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
• You must have some experience in a similar role & completing similar duties.
