Childcare Solicitor - Luton - £38,000 - £45,000An ambitious and fast-growing practice with multiple offices across the Bedfordshire and Oxford area is seeking a childcare solicitor for their already established team.As an established childcare solicitor, you will be able to handle a caseload of public law matters that includes care & supervision, EPOs, Interim Care Orders, special guardianship and adoption, and private law to include 16.4 appointments for children. You should be able to demonstrate an excellent set of skills to include negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills. It would be advantageous if you were interested in becoming a member of the Children Panel or were already a member of this.The firm is expanding to meet client demand and can offer a competitive package to include a bonus scheme on work introduced to the firm and a market rate salary.
