Job Description
This is a van mobile role covering all aspects of reactive and planned plumbing and waste maintenance across London. Working in both domestic and commercial settings, you will travel daily between jobs and closely collaborate with our dedicated in-house team who will manage your diary. As the front line of our business, you will deliver consistently excellent property care by offering timely solutions and a customer-first attitude.

Directly Employed:
- £35360 - £41600 base salary, dependent upon experience
- Uncapped earnings
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Call outs - 1 week in 3
- Fully expensed van, fuel card and PDA

We are open to discussion with self-employed plumbers with their own van.
Must Haves:
- Previous Maintenance/Insurance reinstatement experience.
- 2 years plumbing experience ideally specialising in serving, repairing and maintenance.
- NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (level 2 will be considered with the right experience.
- Full UK driving licence and experience navigating Central London
- Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
- Excellent customer service/client-facing skills.
- Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure.
- Own tools.
- Clear DBS.
