I am partnering with a market leading FTSE 250 business who are looking to hire a Finance Systems Manager who play an integral part in the migration from their existing system to a new one. The business is a household name and is renowned for having a good culture putting their employees at front and centre of everything they do.

Description

In this functional finance system's role you will help shape the strategic direction and best practice of the financial systems across the business and wider Group. You'll manage virtual teams including external and third parties to deliver and represent finance on projects impacting finance. Working closely with Service Delivery Managers and SaaS provider(s) you will support service requests and incidents. You'll provide finance systems change control and ensure any change is impact assessed and controlled by a robust risk framework. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders on improvements to systems utilising your financial operational experience to help translate requirements into executable project plans with the Finance Systems Manager Data and the rest of the Finance Systems team.

Profile

You'll have to be qualified as an accountant and have managed system changes. You will have a good working knowledge of Billing and/or ERP systems and their related reporting systems and interfaces. (e.g SAP IS_U, SAP ERP, ENSEK). Some data experience would be helpful. You will have an eye for the detail and able to collaborate and communicate succinctly at the right level of detail for the audience. Experience with billing systems is required and a track record of delivering finance system improvements.

Job Offer

You will get a base salary of up to £70,000 plus a car allowance and benefits package which includes a 16% bonus, enhanced pension contribution and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. They operate with a hybrid working policy where you work from home 4 days week.
