eCommerce Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant
Our client works with some of the largest names in the retail industry, helping them plan, implement and maintain eCommerce systems, maximizing their business performance and helping them to develop multichannel retail experiences that customers love.
Responsibilities
Building out and managing new practices for the delivery of technologies, i.e.
Owning and leading client engagements
Initiating conversations with clients to generate business
Mentorship of offshore Business Analysts and junior onshore solution consultants to serve customer demand
Supporting team members globally with engagements of this type
Supporting eCommerce projects where required
Ideal Candidate
8 + years of industry experience preferably from a development/QA background
Working knowledge of either Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud or Big Commerce
Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements, understand the current state and develop technical requirements
Translating outputs from discovery workshops into Epics and present highly technical concepts to external/internal senior business stakeholders
Understanding of the full eCommerce product life cycle, including back-end systems (OMS, PIM, ERP, etc)
Proven track record in software development environments and experiences of end-to-end project lifecycles
Acting as a subject matter expert, including raising awareness of innovation, process improvements, and how to solve client challenges
Experience with B2B and B2C eCommerce implementations
