An innovative hyper-growth start-up that found an unbelievable gap in the market and is now in scaling mode is looking for a Head of Product to help take their world-class digital experience in the automotive space to the next level!
As the Global Head of Product you will be reporting directly to the CEO taking a vital role to positively influence how this company scales.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a product strategy, hand in hand with the entire leadership team, to expand their services into new countries and achieve their business objectives
Attract, recruit, lead and inspire an A-Class product team, currently made of 2 product managers and one product designer
Understand and empathise with our customers to create compelling user experiences
Use data and analytics techniques to drive product innovation and optimisation
Drive close collaboration and best practice between the product and engineering organisations
Define new products and propositions to accelerate our growth
Ideal experience
Deep experience of building and managing consumer-facing internet or mobile products.
Experience around Marketplaces, you will have managed consumer-facing products that provide complex challenges to the product management organisation
Experience in driving product strategy
Data and analytics - You will have a strong understanding of leveraging data to drive customer insight and improve product development.
