People Development Trainer - Hospitality
Location: remote with travel required
Salary: up to £32K plus excellent benefits package
T2M Resourcing are working with a leading hospitality business to appoint a People Development Trainer; this is a newly created role so provides an excellent opportunity for the right person to really make their mark! This role will be based remotely with travel including overnight stays as required as part of the role predominantly across England.
What will you be doing as People Development Trainer?
You will be creating training for delivery to new and current team members; understanding what team members want or need to learn, using your own knowledge and experience, and current internal and external content,
You will deliver both face to face and virtual training. Fostering great relationships across all levels and all departments within the business actively listening to what's been said and observing interactions with others. Your success will be measured in what happens when people are back to the floor.
You will train on company culture, brand standards, our 'Welcome', engaging with the business by working alongside team members through conversation, practice and action planning.
Working closely with a People Development Manager, you will also work with the wider People Team who are a small, high performing team who work hard and have fun at the same time!
