You will need to be:
- SWE registered
- Eligible to work in the UK
Job Description:
- Case Manager required for a busy but supportive ASC Response Team in Adult Services (Calshot St, near Kings Cross Station).
- A well organised
- self directed candidate who is able to work under pressure
- has a good confident telephone manner and who is responsive to management direction.
- Duties will involve a mix of practical and computer based tasks Previous working knowledge of CoreLogic LAS social care database plus previous experience in working with a Local Authority are preferable.
- Working style is generally 'front-facing' - max of 2-3 days office based work.
