Project Manager - German Speaking

A well-established, US-based software vender that is growing into the European market is looking for a German speaking Project Manager to take responsibility for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of assigned projects. The successful candidate will have excellent English and be fluent in German. This is a remote-based role offering excellent progression possibilities. As German speaking Project Manager, you will

• Develop trackable comprehensive plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with various managers, technical personnel, and third-party vendors during all phases
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Lead in the definition of scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Assist in ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Manage changes to the scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Will manage financial tracking and reporting through company systems
• Create customer monthly and milestone invoicing while working with accounting
• Regularly report on status and escalate issues to management as needed
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Work with leadership to update contract language and terms and work with customers regarding various terms and conditions

We are looking for a German speaking Project Manager who has the following skills and experiences:

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Ability to manage tier one customers, typically over $1 million USD system implementations
• Ability to work independently and with project implementation teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
