FO BA/PM
Perm Role
Salary - £100k to 110k base + benefits
Location: London (2-3 days a week in office)
Looking for a BA/PM with FO experience to support the change portfolio for the Rates, FX and Emerging Markets businesses.
Candidates should have:
- BA/PM and Change Delivery experience in a Front Office setting
- Demonstrable industry experience from Investment Banking/Markets and specifically Macro/Rates
- Exceptional analytical skills/business analysis
- Proven ability to think logically, to construct and articulate proposals and options for resolving issues. to prioritise and effectively track activities through to delivery
- Macro business experience gained in a previous change, business management or Middle Office role
- Macro product experience across Cash and Derivatives (Bonds, IR Swaps, Futures, Total Return Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, Inflation trading and Structured Financing)
- Experience operating within an agile environment
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills - both verbal and written (emails/presentations)
