A global luxury fashion brand are looking for a Head of CRM to join their growing Marketing function on a FTC basis. Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer centric retail/ ecommerce environment, and must have a deep understanding of Data, Insight and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy to drive customer retention & loyalty to support the growth plans of the business
- Lead and drive defining the customer contact strategy and LTV
- Lead on test and learn approach to all customer journeys and being able to continuously improve these using data and insights
- Use insight, data and market analytics to maximise understanding of customers
- Work closely with the analytics function to drive reporting of campaigns
- Define strategies to improve data capture quantity and quality
Experience
- 6+ years experience in a fast-paced CRM environment
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experiencing leading CRM strategy and managing a team
- Experience of executing/ running loyalty programs
